Sir at present I am a student of 3rd yr of electrical Engineering from Govt engg. Clg , jagdalpur..What way in my strategy for preparing the upsc exam in 4th year and then after.. I am starting my preparation and reading the ncert in form of novel and also reading newspaper the hindu…..What a strategy to way forward for preparation of exam point of view ..
